International Shipping Policies

* We ship all over the world!
* Shipping times vary for International Shipping. We are not responsible for delays due to items being held in customs or other scenarios
* We ship Large items via USPS International Express and small items via USPS International Priority
* Duties and taxes are paid by buyer
* International Delivery dates vary depending on destination. Inquire for details
* All international shipments are insured by us. Damaged items must be claimed within 48 hours of delivery
* Our free shipping items DO NOT apply on International Shipping Items

Shipping Options

* We use UPS and USPS. Our USPS service will not provide a tracking number and is considerably slower than UPS.
* USPS Parcel is the slowest and cheapest, up to two (2) weeks from west coast to east coast.
* We use USPS Parcel for our free shipping items.
* All items are professionally packed.
* Only our shipping service account will be used. Please note this before bidding.
* Listed shipping prices are for the “Lower 48″ only. Alaska and Hawaii will require extra postage so please contact us for a shipping quote before the auction ends if shipping to those states.
* We try our best to ship out your item as fast as possible, however, due to business volume most orders ship within three business days of receiving payment.
* Any claims of damage during shipping must be immediately reported to UPS.
* To save on shipping, items may be picked up at our store.

Auction Policies

* We try to describe all items to the best of our ability, but a USED item is a USED item. There is an amount of expected wear on a used item. Please do not expect a USED guitar to come in the condition of a NEW guitar.
* All sales are final unless the item is not as described in the auction upon receipt.
* Any problems must be reported within 24-hours of delivery, after which all sales are final.
* Please e-mail questions early, we answer all of them, but do not wait until the last minute!
