We only accept Visa and MasterCard over the phone. Please call during business hours.
* Money Order:
USPS Money Orders are accepted. The MoneyOrder must be sent within 3 days of the end of the auction with delivery confirmation. The item number, and ship-to address MUST be included with the payment. Make Money Order payable to Grand Central Music & Conservatory.

Shipping Options

* All items are professionally packed.
* Only our shipping service account will be used. Please note this before bidding.
* Listed shipping prices are for the “Lower 48″ only. Alaska and Hawaii will require extra postage so please contact us for a shipping quote before the auction ends if shipping to those states or international.
* We try our best to ship out your item as fast as possible, however, due to business volume most orders ship within three business days of receiving payment.
* Any claims of damage during shipping must be immediately reported to UPS.
* To save on shipping, items may be picked up at our store.

Auction Policies

* We try to describe all items to the best of our ability.
* All sales are final unless the item is not as described in the auction upon receipt.
* Any problems must be reported within 24-hours of delivery, after which all sales are final.
