Music Private Instruction Program Contract for 2008

Each half-hour lesson includes private one on one instruction, with the finest instructors available. Lessons are individually tailored to meet the students need and skill level and the custom built teaching rooms provides an optimal learning environment.

Students are required to purchase a months’ worth of lessons at a time. Lessons will be scheduled weekly and are priced as follows:

Registration Fee: A one time payment of $25 will be required at the time of student signup.
This includes a Binder, Beginning Book, and Music Writing Paper.


Guitar lessons, Bass lessons, Piano lessons:
$22.50 per Half-Hour lesson. / $45 per Hour lesson.

Monthly billing with 4 lessons per month: $90 for 4 Half Hours / $180 for 4 Hours
Monthly billing with 5 lessons per month: $112.50 for 5 Half Hours / $225 for 5 Hours

Woodwind/ Brass Strings/ Vocals:
$23.75 per Half-Hour lesson. / $47.50 per Hour lesson.

Monthly billing with 4 lessons per month: $95 for 4 Half Hours / $190 for 4 Hours
Monthly billing with 5 lessons per month: $118.75 for 5 Half Hours / $237.50 for 5 Hours

Payments: All lessons are pre-paid. Our billing cycle starts on the first of the month. If we have not received payment after the second lesson taken there will be a $10 late charge.
We also have an optional auto-payment system available that can charge your credit card on the first of the month, in order to make lesson payments easier.

Required Material: Students are required to bring all books and assignments, as well as their instruments. Small amplifiers and keyboards will be available for guitar and piano students.

Instrument Rental: For students who do not own an instrument; special rental packages and rent-to-own programs are available. Please ask for details.

Student Benefits: All currently enrolled students are eligible for 10% off all non-discounted items and 15% off all educational materials (books, manuscript paper, and sheet music). This is subject to change at any time without notice.

Cancellation: Cancellations must be made within 72 hours of lesson time, with exception of sudden illness or injury. Emergency cases must be called in before the time of scheduled lesson.

Trial Policy: Upon initial purchase, students have 2 lessons to decide if they wish to continue. If a student should decide not to continue, the remaining paid lessons not taken shall be refunded. After the trial period, there will be no refunds for unused lessons. Lessons cannot be exchanged or transferred in any way.

IN ADDITION TO THE POLICIES MENTIONED ABOVE, GRAND CENTRAL MUSIC HAS THE SOLE RIGHT TO CANCEL OR REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE AT ANYTIME FOR ANY REASON.
